Dual Bolt Screen Changer
- Unique design allows processing to continue while screens are being changed
- Manufactured from tool steels, through hardened and nitrided, including the body, pistons, and all other components
- Designed to attach to any CROWN single screw or twin screw extruder
- Leak free up to 10,000, psi
- Ideal for recycling, pelletizing, and compounding processes, especially when material is in a recycled form
- May act as a homogenizer of the melt flow and improve dispersion of additives or colorants in a polymer
- Protects downstream equipment by filtering contaminates from the extrusion process
